That's why I like to call myself Jack of all
Why Master of NOne
Despite loving all the three parts, I am deeply fascinated by Design,
I started my journey as UI/UX designer then transitioned to a Front End
Developer and now work as a Product Manager. Despite loving Tech and
Business equally, design will always have my soft spot

Technology
I'm a Computer Engineering grad, but these days I build more with design instinct
and AI pair-programming than raw syntax. I'm comfortable with Git, debugging, npm,
and structuring a project and solid in HTML/CSS but I lean on tools like Cursor
to bridge the gap on deeper JS/React logic. It means I can take an idea from a
mindmap to a deployed product without waiting on a dev handoff. Here's what I've shipped.
RealLives Website
The primary marketing site for RealLives — built with 5 distinct views
(school, university, gamer, homeschooler) so content adapts to who's visiting.
Designed and built end-to-end.
RCMI Website
Website for RealLives ChangeMaker Index — a behavior tracker with a proprietary
algorithm that turns in-game player behavior into a report on 18 core competencies,
showing users where to improve. Designed and built end-to-end.
RealLives Dashboard
The hub for the entire RealLives ecosystem — account creation, login, and the
simulation itself all live here. Mindmapped, designed, and built from concept
to deployment.

RealLives Game
Led a full UI and UX overhaul within an existing Angular codebase — improving
usability and visual polish across the simulation experience.

In Progress
An entrepreneur-builder platform, currently moving from mindmap to full design —
now building the frontend with AI-assisted development.
Coming Soon
RealLives AI — New POC
Designed & Built
Figma + React
A proof-of-concept for the next RealLives AI — powered by a fully AI-driven
backend that demanded a fluid, dynamic UI. Designed the experience in Figma,
then built a stable working frontend.

Business
I think in systems before I think in slides. A lot of my business work starts as a mindmap,
structuring problems, weighing tradeoffs, figuring out what actually moves the needle.
That's shown up in shaping licensing policy for RealLives projects, running global Google
Ads campaigns for RealLives Sim, and taking the product on the road, public speaking,
presentations, and workshops in schools and universities. Here's where that thinking has landed.
AI Licensing & Credit System
When RealLives shifted to a new AI-driven architecture, static unlimited-play
pricing no longer worked, token costs meant every simulated life had a real cost
behind it. I led the shift to a credit-based system (1 credit = 1 simulated life),
grounded in thorough token-cost evaluation, to build a licensing model that could
actually scale with the new architecture.
Global Growth, Google Ads
Ran and optimized global Google Ads campaigns for RealLives Sim, driving
~5,000 impressions and 300 clicks daily at a $1.50 average CPC, with traffic from
markets as varied as Turkey, Argentina, and the US. Learned to think strategically
about headlines, keywords, and targeting to make a fixed budget work across very
different audiences.
Workshops & Public Speaking
Took RealLives beyond the screen, leading an empathy workshop at IIT Bombay,
and presenting to stakeholders, parents, teachers, and students at The Orchid
School, Pune. Flagship project: designed and ran a full Changemaker Workshop at
TOS from the ground up, event planning, coordination, and a custom Changemaker
certificate, helping 75 students complete the program. TOS remains an exclusive
ongoing partnership.
